- Track project progress and identify risks
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for the workflow solution
- Ensure continuous business operations and service stability
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in workflow transformation or platform implementation
- Proven involvement in at least one major Workflow platform deployment, ideally WEBCON
- Solid understanding of workflow systems, governance models, and risk management
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in an international environment
