- Ensure code quality, proper documentation, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices across all HR-related features.
- Implement integrations and workflows to support end-to-end HR processes.
- At least 5 years of experience in programming ServiceNow, with strong hands-on expertise in the HR module (including Case Management, Onboarding, Document Management).
- Working knowledge of Now Assist or similar AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities.
- Fluency in English and German or French, both spoken and written.
